As the office doyen, Guy remains a member of the old school of generalist practitioners. There is no case that Guy has not come in contact with during his 50-year career as a deputy employment judge, former receiver, lawyer in complicated construction cases...

In the latter days of his bar career, Guy is still the authority within the firm on family law and family property law. He is also mainly concerned with the coaching and substantive supervision of the broad team of young lawyers.
Guy was among the early believers in mediation and built a remarkable reputation in family mediation as well.
