Kelly Dielis

Kelly practises civil law in a broad sense, but mainly focuses on notarial facets of law. Accordingly, she obtained a Master's degree in notarial studies. She supervises cases involving family property law - such as estates, donations and divorces - as well as real estate from start to finish. Kelly knows her way around complicated settlements and distributions and does not shy away from voluminous files.  Traffic law is also included in her field of interest. 

Kelly always tries to reach an amicable agreement while being mindful of the emotional aspects of these cases. She also made it to the final of the Knight René Victor pleading competition. She effortlessly stands her ground in court if proceedings prove necessary.
