Marte De Caluwé

Marte obtained her Master of Laws from the University of Antwerp in 2015. She completed training in receivership in 2016 and has been listed as a receiver at the Enterprise Court of Antwerp since 2021. 

In the context of her judicial mandates, she has acquired a thorough knowledge of insolvency and company law and corporate housekeeping. She therefore frequently assists clients in these matters. Marte faces her cases head on, therefore she is able to defend her clients in court in a clear and structured manner.
