Tomas is active in the broad sense of business law. He assists companies and entrepreneurs from the start-up phase, going concern and at the end of the business. In the process, he negotiates and co-drafts various commercial agreements. He also represents his clients' interests before the courts and arbitration tribunals. In addidtion, Tomas has in-depth expertise in insolvency and attachment law, banking and finance law and corporate law. He advises clients from all sectors of the economy, breaking complex problems down and proposing viable solutions. 

He has also been appointed receiver, liquidator and provisional administrator of companies by the Commercial Court of Antwerp since 2009 and by the Dutch-speaking Commercial Court of Brussels since 2020.
